We recently added a schnauzer pup to our family and already had our adult schnauzer, so instead of juggling two separate crates in our bedroom, I wanted one large, furniture-style option that would comfortably fit both.
This crate is HUGE. It’s truly designed with large dogs in mind. For reference, I actually climbed inside to test it (yes, I’m that person ), and I could sit straight up without my head touching the top. There’s plenty of room for two medium-sized dogs to stretch out comfortably.
I also love that it doesn’t scream “dog crate.” The rustic brown top and black frame give it a true furniture look. It blends beautifully into the bedroom and doubles as usable surface space, which is a big win if you’re trying to keep things polished instead of kennel-cluttered.
The only downside for me was the hardware. The same day we assembled it, one of the latches broke. That was disappointing, especially since everything else feels solid and well-built.
