I bought this fountain 20 years ago for my cat that liked to turn on the tap. Last month the reservoir finally cracked, but the rest of the fountain worked great. Easy to clean, been running it through the dishwasher (not the pump). Only downside is I can't get a replacement reservoir to Canada, it's cheaper to buy a whole new fountain. So I did. Now I will keep the pump from my old fountain as a backup. Let's see if the new one holds up as well as the one that's 20 years old!. Blazey. Bc, Canada. Wed May 13 2020
