* all of the elements are very sturdy. There was one blemish on one of the parts on the bottom, but it was only superficial. The crack did not go all the way through. Please see photo.
* assembly was very straightforward. It took me about 30 minutes to construct.
* this cat bed is shaped like a pumpkin, and is extremely cute!
* there is a little furball hanging from the top for cats to play with.
* the only suggestion I have is to make the pad on which the cats lie a little thicker. This one is thin enough that I can feel the projection ribs from the felt pumpkin sides.
