My 12-year old, 10-lb cat used her open cat bed once or twice; since then, it sat on the floor unused for months. I was looking at a wool cat cave earlier, but it was not washable and did not have cushioning on the bottom. Glad I found the Armarkat cat cave at Wayfair. It's washable with a fur-lined opening and thick cushion on the bottom. My cat has used it every day since it arrived! It is the perfect size for her – large enough for her to circle around and lay on her side, but small enough that she lays near the side of the cave and retains warmth. Very happy with this purchase for my choosy furbaby.. Margaret. Chapel Hill, NC. Sat Jan 04 2020
