it's a nice looking shoe cabinet, but it's poorly engineered. I wouldn't buy it if I knew this had plastic mechanisms. Some screws are too small and I had to replace. This is def. not lasting.

Really amazing cabinet! Looks more expensive than it was. Took me about three hours to put it together by myself with a bit of help from my mom at the end to put in the drawers. You definitely will need help with those because they need to be lined up. A few time I had to take things apart and put them back together turned around or put a screw into a different hole because the instructions are not very clear. However, if you follow along, it’s really not difficult, just time consuming. But it looks so great once you’re done. Also, like the other reviews said, it for sure does not hold the amount of shoes it states if you use for adult shoes. Be Also MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SCREWDRIVER.

I really like this shoe compartment storage piece. It wasn’t too difficult to put together, but it was a lot of pieces. Took two of us an hour and a half. Nice looking piece, but doesn’t hold the amount of shoes it suggests, unless they are children’s shoes.

Very impressed with the quality of this furniture piece. It is quite heavy and sturdy. It looks very modern and I love the texture of the front of the drawers. It also has a LED strip that adds a nice touch. I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 stars only for a couple reasons. 1) It took 2 of us almost 2 hours to put together. There were quite a bit of pieces and the instructions were mostly just pictures only, so we actually ended up having to take a part and redo a couple pieces b/c we put them together wrong. 2) It is quite unstable, it being so tall and narrow. And on the carpet, it definitely leans forward. It came with anchors for the wall, which we used, but were nearly impossible to attach in a way that made sense (because you couldn't get a screw driver or drill behind the dresser to attach it to the wall. Seemed like a design flaw.
