Great Toolbox, But Arrived Damaged I purchased this toolbox to store all of my dogs’ grooming supplies, and honestly, it works great for that purpose. It has plenty of storage and is exactly what I needed for organizing everything. Unfortunately, the toolbox arrived damaged. The top was bent badly enough that one of the drawers couldn’t be pulled out. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning such a large item, so I accepted the discount Wayfair offered and had my husband straighten the top enough to get the drawer working. What’s most disappointing is that this is my third order this month with an issue. This order arrived damaged, and my previous two orders were missing parts, with long delays in between getting everything resolved. I appreciate Wayfair offering discounts when there is a problem, but I would honestly rather pay full price and receive a product in mint condition with all of the parts included. We are in the middle of a garage makeover and planned to purchase several more items, but after three problematic orders in a row, I’m becoming hesitant to order anything else. The toolbox itself is great and works perfectly for my grooming supplies—I just wish it had arrived in the condition I paid for.
