A little harder to install than I thought. The small cable clamps that are provided slip when pulling the shelf up. Need to find a better cable clamp.

These are perfect for storing our outdoor Christmas decorations. Saves us a lot of room and from having to take the totes out to the attic.

The manual is clearly written by Someone who doesn’t speak English well enough to write something like this. Pictographs aren’t very clear. The CEO of Wayfair should have to install one of these and then they would fully understand how poor these instructions really are!! Had welding flash particles stuck on the threads for the gearbox mounting bolts rendering it totally useless and not able to install as received. Had to spend considerable time to carefully remove and restore threads! NO IMPRESSED. Quality Control should have caught this prior to leaving manufacturing facility.

Good product. Instructions need some improvement though.

works great. it’s 710 difficult to put in, but of course is a complex structure. it was hard to put the 6 sockets on the ceiling. but once done everything went smoothly. So all 100 worth it!
