Excellent delivery. However, this carport is not meant to withstand New England weather as ours collapsed 2725. We ordered September 2024 and we had a mild winter of 3 small snowstorms of 2-3 inches of fluffy snow each. We had one mixed precipitation weather event. There was build-up of ice because of the way the roof is corrugated and it captures water that can then freeze. Design needs improvement. Also, there is no center support for the span of the structure. I would not recommend if you live in an area with winter weather. It is good for shade and rain protection only!

Fed ex that delivers it sucks. Made my 71 yr old mom help unload it as they didnt even bring a dolly. For 5 boxes 106 lbs a piece. Be prepared.

The best looking to buy again soon so get them before they get gone we’ll build steel wall is sturdy

Part of the shipment was damaged and when contacting Wayfair they stated that the manufacture would get in touch with me in 2 business days... That was two and a half weeks ago.... There is no way that it could withstand 100mph winds. The legs wobble and it is not sturdy at all. Honestly if it wasn't such a pain to take it apart I would return it. I had to spend another $300 on supplies to make it somewhat stable. Don't waste your time or money....

Came quickly which I loved, but box was severely damaged dont know if anything is missing yet as I have not put up the carport will update review when done. Was missing 2 pieces of roofing.

Horrible quality metal with vague instructions. 5 or 6 of the support brackets came bent and the ones that aren’t are so flimsy I don’t know if I’m going to actually put anything in it. Buyer beware there’s a reason the made in u.s.a or Canadian ones are twice the price.

This product shipped in a timely manner and came in five parcels. Items are well labelled as per the installation instructions and assembly took roughly five hours with three people involved in the assembly of the carport. Having two drills with a spare battery charging is helpful during assembly because we went through multiple batteries. Extra hardware was found to be provided and was appreciated because several screws were lost during the installation. Alpha Marts Holdings LLC (the manufacturer) responded professionally to customer questions/concerns. It is recommended to add a minimum of three(3) additional supports in the center of the structure for those in areas receiving snow loads. Additional supports can be anchored wooden 2"x4" or 4"x4" posts added at the middle outside ends (two posts) and an additional support post in the center of the structure complete with metal brackets screwed at the top of the posts and fastened to the structure.
