Giving it a 3 because it came in with so many tiny styrofoam pieces stuck all over it and flying everywhere, still sweeping them up days later AND it had a hamster cage odor to it not sure if it went away or my nose just got used to it! I’m 37 weeks pregnant so I could just be very sensitive to the smell my husband noticed it but it didn’t seem to bother him. It wasn’t like a dirty hamster cage I think the wood chips is what had such a distinct smell. However it is perfect I got this because we live in a small one bedroom apartment with not much space and we had 2 open laundry hampers that were complete eye sores and always spilling over the top filled. This allows for myself, my husband, and our son to put our laundry in one hamper, still keep separate, and look very pretty in the house! I do think it’s a bit expensive as well for the quality.
