For the price I paid, I expected stainless steel like my other fixtures.......easy enough to put it up.....could take it back but can't be bothered....it will do.

Good quality. I give 4 stars bc have to fold the towel into two 1/3 folds to fit on the top rack. I prefer to just fold in half, but hangs off. Overall we’re happy with the purchase
