Item arrived damaged and missing parts. In addition, Item description states that it is a "butcher block top" workbench. It is not a butcher block workbench, but had a PDF top that was less than 1/2" thick. Chose to return the item and was immediately issued a refund. Very happy with the customer service provided by Wayfair on ALL of my orders. This order will not discourage me from continuing to order items, as most of them are of high quality. Standing behind your merchandise makes me a repeat customer, and Wayfair has done this!

Package arrived with damaged pieces. Had to re-order. Wayfair was great though. I'm hoping the replacement is up to par. The company who makes the workbench needs to better package the product. The metal pieces were directly on the wood pieces, causing the damage.

Cheaply made and hard to put together. The assembly instructions were all pictures with no description. It took me about 6 hours! One side of the drawer broke the 2nd time I opened it. Thin steel that bends easily. I thought this would be sturdier. Would not buy this brand of product ever again!

missing on piece that was easy to find at the local hardware store. Relatively straight forward assembly and works great for what I need
