Received a used rod holder with missing part. Got it resolved but it took a long time. The rod holder would of been nice had it worked.

Arrived broken, all the screws pulled out from one side of the base. Materials are very cheap on this item. Took the 50% off instead of the new one, and rebuilt the damaged section myself. Simple fix would be to use solid wood for the 2 base pieces.
