I love this sewing cabinet. I had the Wayfair assembly crew put it together and that was a god send in my opinion as I am in my mid-seventies and not as agile as I use to be. I can highly recommend this unit.

It took my husband a white to build this, but he said it wasn't that hard. I really like the desk and how it all closes up to hide everything and you can't tell it's a sewing desk at all. The hydraulic lift isn't too difficult to operate. The side leaves sag when open unless you also have the door open underneath to hold them up, that's the only minor issue I have noticed so far.

My sewing cabinet arrived within the predicted time frame. It was packed in strong cardboard and foam. There was a nick on the interior of one corner where the box evidently took a hard blow but nothing easily visible once assembled. The parts were labeled well enough for me to identify them when following the assembly directions. The directions were very usable. While there were a lot of pieces to put together, the predrilled holes matched up flawlessly and the process went smoothly for me. Im very pleased with the cabinet.
