We are missing parts with this shed order unfortunately and unable to contact customer service to describe the needed missing parts. Uploading a picture of the unboxing and missing metal part A1 (2 pieces)

 we are so happy with our new 10 x 8 shed made by Balconera. The size is just what we need for the backyard to keep the lawnmower and other yard tools in it safely. The installation was a little bit of a pain. Definitely recommend having a helper to put it together.
