Wayfair used to be really good with their customer service but recently have gone down the hill their executive team never answers the phone you have to leave a voicemail and then they play email tag with you they are so unprofessional and make you jump through hoops in order to get a solution on an item that is damaged. I purchased a cabinet that not only do the doors not meet in the middle and there is nothing you can do about it because the hinges are not adjustable I also had to drill a pre-existing hole that was not properly joke through in the event of doing that made it bigger and had to fill it in with wood putty in order to have the hinge fit in and be able to assemble the product additionally the white honeycomb print had the packing Styrofoam stuck to it and when it was removed left marks all over it plus I had small several black and red marks all over the package after having to take several pictures again because I had already taken pictures on the review and was told by the regular customer service team that they could just pull up the photos from my review the executive team told me that they could not do that because they could not prove that the review of the photos were actually mine seriously who fix a Wayfair review that’s really ridiculous accusation to give to somebody I have a little bit more of a life than faking Wayfair reviews. After all was said and done they offered me a 5 refund which is 11 off a 250 cabinet to me it seems really a little bit pointless after all of the phone calls and back-and-forth with them and the frustration on purchasing a new item that was not pristine as it should be when you purchase
