For the price, the furniture is good, but the color is a bit off. I thought it would be lighter, but it turned out darker. And the caps—the stickers that came with it to cover the screws—are light-colored, so they don’t match the tone at all. But overall, it’s okay. Also, the veneer peels off pretty easily, and the inside is white. I think any chips will be very noticeable because the inner material is white. It’s not wood—more like plastic or something, I’m not even sure what it is.

This piece of furniture feels sturdy and was easy enough to put together! I had to go back and do a double tightening of the screw but after that, it barely moves. It is absolutely beautiful in our space and will be able to store all the shoes we often kick off by the door. Would definitely recommend it to anybody needing it for a similar reason
