beau coffre avec rangement

Works just right as a storage bench outside my aviary. There is a little overhang and thus far everything stores in it stays pretty dry. It also looks great. Very satisfied.

Only lasted about a year. Not the best quality.

Looks nice but the top wood slats separated within a few weeks despite treating the wood immediately after assembly. I had to caulk the top to prevent water from entering the box. See photo. But the wood appears to withstand weather well with the treatment.

During its first summer sitting on the patio, both pneumatic assists expanded while closed which completely broke apart the glued top. I managed to mostly get it back together, but had to remove the pneumatic assist to make it usable again. NOT worth the cost.
