Came with missing parts and the metal leg covering didnt fit. Was also missing an entire box and directions. There is a you tube video on putting it together. Was comical the amount of issues.

Carport arrived via FedEx whose driver was obviously annoyed by the weight of the boxes, but not revenant to the review but make sure to help them and have a plan for the boxes …no severe damage from shipping aside from a few superficial scratches on some of the metal. Carport went together slowly, mainly instructions weren’t super-clear. The biggest problem was the first step of pairing the 4 long beams together after assembly. Make sure you pair the opposite assembled beams together with the 3 middle holes bolted in and leaving the 2 ends unbolted so those attach to the 3 posts with remaining bolts. Other than that, it’s tedious and I spent money on additional braces as it wasn’t exactly rigid, mainly post legs to long beam attachment points need better metal ties. The carport wasn’t very square leaving the roof panels uneven, because of the cheap ‘pine’ wood was warpy or not cut correctly. I also added some Lowe’s drip rail to the ends to limit water in end beams. This is basically a cheap, lightweight, and non-treated wood for shipping purposes. When assembled it does have a nice ‘orange’ stain to it and doesn’t look bad, and just hoping it will last a while. Have at least 2 people to help 3 or 4 for the post and beam bolting would be smart so it doesn’t get away from you. 3 stars for overall look, subpar fitment, quality issues and cheap wood and under supplied tie hardware - lacking instructions and quality control.

Difficult to assemble because the instructions aren’t clearmeasurements don’t match lumber. Spend the time to make sure the posts are in the correct position as each one is unique and only fits properly in one corner. Post tops are cut at 90 degrees, instead of sloped to match the roof angle. This meant we had to loosen them after we put all the sides up because we had one post not touching the ground. Lessening the brackets until all posts on the group then re-tightening them fixed it. Holes to attach roof panels don’t always line up properly and the silicone “seal gaskets” are useless, still leaks, so seal it properly during construction because there’s no easy way to do it later. Low end of roof needs drip edge and gutters (bought elsewhere) or water trickles down the face of the wood and will create thick ice in the winter.

The snow rating isn’t in the description. The instructions seem a bit tough. I have yet to put it together because I may return the item. I have seen some quality concerns with wholes lining up and some wood looks peeling or damaged.

Covers the car and went up easy enough. The metal base covers are too small for the post so I had to fabricate new ones
