The product arrived a couple of days late. One of the boxes was ripped open. Some of the bolts were missing. As of this writing one week later, I have not received the missing hardware. The instructions are not all that great and need someone that has a little knowledge about construction. The wood is pine and a couple of the boards were warped and almost unusable. I requested a replacement and to date have not received it. The product looks fine so far and I am more than half completed with the project. I am going to paint the carport.

arrived in great shape, very impressed given the size and weight, very solid! Was also ahead of schedule

Poor quality, several pieces damaged, color off, instructions horrible, bolts to short, concert anchors a joke. Over all this was not worth our money, time and end up being a complete disappointment

Love the carport! We had construction guys install it with concrete footings. No easy digging in the Rocky Mountains! Also had a different roof put on to match our red roof. In the spring we’ll probably paint it to match the house but all in all it is a beautiful product at a great price.
