I ordered this product expecting a weather-resistant rattan outdoor storage box as clearly described in the listing. What I received instead was a pine wood box. Pine is not suitable for outdoor use and will deteriorate quickly in Virginia weather. This is a significant misrepresentation. The delivery was on time, and the box arrived in good condition—but that’s where the positives end. The item is not what was advertised, and I now have to go through the hassle of returning a bulky item. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this product unless the listing is corrected to reflect the actual materials used.
