I’m having trouble writing this review. I thought for sure I had submitted it twice. Here goes and hopefully number three is a charm. I love the deck box. It’s sleek contemporary sturdy. I appreciate the hydraulic lift, but I have found it important to close it applying the pressure directly in the middle. I have not tested the lock, but I’m grateful for that, as I will be storing some valuable items in it while outside. I lost my large shed last month, so this is a lifesaver for me! It seats 2 to 3 people comfortably. With a sleek design, it would nicely fit behind a sofa, under a stairway or even delineate an area. I plan to place it out on my large patio to store cushions a small tool kit and anything else that needs to get put away to avoid clutter. I am planning on using it to store my gazebo canopy this coming winter. All in all, it’s a great deck box and the price can’t be beat. It took my son all of 25 minutes from box to completion in exchange for me doing his wash!

This is a nice deck box. We got it to hold ammunition in the closet, next to the gun safe. If you keep trying to snap it together and it doesn’t seem to want to snap, flip one of the panels around, We figured out we had the back panel in the wrong orientation. As soon as we fixed that, it all went together like Legos. The directions didn’t really make it clear how the back panel was to be oriented, hence, the 4 stars

This is a sturdy deck box! I can fit a ton of stuff in here as you can see from the pictures. There's a hole to put on a lock if you need. Assembly was super simple. Most of the pieces just snap together but you will need a screwdriver for the sides of the lid. The screwdriver can be a bit taxing so I ended up having my husband do it with the impact/screw-gun. Just be sure and go slow because you don't want to crack the plastic. It's the perfect size for our deck and now, I don't have to sort through tool boxes in the garage to access my yard stuff. Perfect!

This is a really nice simple deck storage box. Assembly is extremely easy and takes very little time. The mechanism to open and close the lid is nice. This will hold a lot. It is on the thin side, but it does have wheels so you don't have to pick it up.
