Beyond frustrated with wayfair and this packaging bought this 7 years ago and was very happy but now the cedar was visibly glued together and split in half than the second system came with four left main adapters instead of 2 left and 2right to be told two weeks for delivery and no refund if replacement parts are ordered totally of 152 back on 1595 DO NOT USE their products

I wrote this review while annoyed. Now that I have settled down and loaded the closet, I will amend the review. This is a wonderful system. Beautiful, very functional and smells sensational. I love it. Initial review: "1 star off for dismal assembly instructions. 1 star off for one side of the tower drilled wrong.....had to drill new holes in order to make it work. Other than that it is a nice closet system. Prepare to labor long."

I love the cedar smell every time I go inside my closet.

Noting like real wood and cedar to top it off. Turned out bigger than I expected and good quality. The natural bug repellent in the wood is nice and it was delivered on time.

A good product however some of the boards came to slightly warped, one had a crack in one of the shelves, one shelf peg for the fixed shelves was not correctly manufactured and there were no extra pieces. A little bit more quality control and better instructions with clearer pictures are definitely needed but overall a decent value for the price, satisfied.

This worked out with creative thought, due to the room is not square. otherwise it works, it is deep and I can find things.....always a bonus. Pros: I comes in sections..... Cons: non
