Never ever again will I order from Wayfair. Their first mistake is using FedEx as their deliverer. They damaged my shelves and returned them before they even got delivered. And then I received no instructions as to what to do next. I did not receive a refund nor was I told that I needed to initiate a replacement unit. And the replacement unit that I got was being held together by about half a roll of clear tape and there were no instructions inside. I was assured that I would be emailed a digital copy of the instructions within 24 hours. Well, that never happened. fortunately, I was able to find the instructions online and assembled the product.

The storage capacity is really deep allowing you to put a lot of what ever you need with ease. Once put together is really strong and can handle really heavy things. I was sent only 1 unit but wish I could have received both. Will be looking to buy another unit.

It was fairly simple to put together with only needing a screwdriver and hammer and I’m no expert at assembling furniture. Although it’s made or pressed wood, it’s quite sturdy. It can be used for anything really. The adjustable peg strips pop in and out easily to adjust the height and comes with more than enough peg strips and slats. In the pic, I purposefully am using it upside down than what was shown in directions because I wanted the extra rim as to stack things on it without them falling off. I can easily flip it if wanting to use it the other way. This can also be added onto via their modular system. I do recommend this.

My husband has put together a lot of furniture over the years and he commented on how well made it was while he was putting it together. This has saved us so much space in our walk in closet! Right now we have shoes in it but we could easily do sweaters or tshirts. We love that we can adjust the shelves to make it work for whatever we are storing in it. And the crown molding detail makes it look super high end. Extremely happy with this storage unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Closetmaid adjustable divided modular storage unit in exchange for my honest review, and it has been a lifesaver for shoe storage. The unit was so easy to assemble for my 14-year old son. The pieces use pegs and locking pins making the unit very sturdy. The back is easy to apply with the prepunched holes and tiny nails. The shelves are fully adjustable to any height you need. We are FINALLY no longer falling over shoes in the foyer! I imagine this unit would be ideal in a classroom for paper storage, or to organize folded clothing at home. We love that our shoes are off the floor and easily accessible. The unit it gorgeous too! It compliments any decor. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Closetmaid storage unit!
