Do not buy. I put the main tower together and it immediately crumbled. I have put together other closet kits and have never had this happen

Came in multiple packages at different times. Set up the first package which was the main portion of the closet without any huge issues (some cosmetic damage but I was able to hide it). When I got to the upper shelf it was totally different. The box was very damaged and each of the 3 upper shelf panels had totally crushed/broken corners as if it had been recklessly thrown around. Since the package arrived in various boxes I of course started building when it arrived since I had the base (hanging bars and vertical shelf) but when I got the second package (upper shelf) I contacted customer service and they told me to either take it all apart (it was anchored into my walls at this point!) or they alternatively would give me $20 refund. The upper shelf portion was over $200 of the price and it’s totally unusable. I do not recommend this product at all if they’re going to ship it in separate packages because the chances of getting damaged product is too high and customer service will only give you a slap in the face.

Exactly what we were looking for. The quality was good.

Closet is exactly as described! I have other closets and these are very similar! I have to say this is the second packaged recieved, because the first one came in damaged but wayfair was fast at replacing the damaged Item! Well so far its easy to put together and couldn’t be happier can’t wait until husband finishes putting it together!
