Love this! Great for a large family! The rolling doors took a bit to get used to and run smooth but great space saving feature.

I recived the package with used manual book and major structural cracks. I attempted to resolve this for 3 days. The merchant refused to send replacement parts and refused a partial refund. They demanded I return the item which is 100lbs insisted I purchase my own professional shipping crates and boxes, which is an unreasonable cost for a defective item. When I asked for a supervisor or a case number, they kept the chat active without responding , and blocked my account from starting new chats , I had to contact my bank

Looks beautiful I love the tone of the wood but the sliding doors are a little difficult to open and close

Very nice looking shoe cabinet with sliding fluted drawers! I wasn't expecting for the cabinet to be so tall! Each shelf holds 5 pairs of women's size 7.5 shoes/heels (except anything that is more than 6.4" high). I was able to put 4 of my husband's sneakers on one shelf- he's a size 11 but I think upto a size 13 can fit. The doors are a little stiff but I'm sure they will get better with use. Assembly took us about 30 minutes. I would suggest 2 things during assembly: 1. put all of the stickers that are on the back boards, in front of you during assembly (especially the big warning stickers that you see on the inside of the right backboard in the pic :)) as you'll be facing the back if following the directions properly 2. don't over tighten or keep the black plastic pieces loose while screwing them in- do it till it sits flush to the wood piece. I love how the shoe storage is in a flat position and not an incline because then the tips of nice pumps get ruined. I recommend this cabinet for a great way to hide shoes in the hallway, bedroom, etc.!

This 24 pair shoe cabinet camewell packaged it was considerably easy to put together very sturdy however, putting the fluted doors on was somewhat difficult and they do not open and close very easy. Maybe after using it for a while it will work better, but you really have to tug on the doors.
