Bibliothèque murale moderne avec tablettes ouvertes

We like the looks of it, but both of the dark backings were chipped on opposite corners. We waited 6 weeks to receive it and we were disappointed when we saw that. We were given a small refund. This isn't the first poor quality product from Wayfair that we've received.

This shelf was difficult to assemble as the pieces were not numbered, and the instructions included in the box were not in English. Luckily the English instructions were available in the Wayfair app, but we still ran into the issue of no labels on the pieces. We were short of the required number of scews. None of the screw holes were counter sunk, so the stickers to cover the screws didnt work well. The shelves also flex quite a bit and we had to move where the wall anchors were placed after we had started hanging it on the wall to counteract the sagging of the shelves. Ultimately we made it work and it looks good on the wall, but definitely the poorest quality item I have received from Wayfair.
