This item is poor quality, the materials seem very flimsy, does not appear to be durable. Only two pieces came with a label, there were no paper instructions in the box and the online instructions are very unclear. All the screws came in one bag not labeled or divided. The doors do not fit on the cabinet, appear to be the wrong size for the design of the cabinet.

Unable to assemble. If I could give it a zero I would. It didnt come with directions. Had to reach out to Wayfair customer service & was told they had to reach out to manufacturer. 4 business days later, recieved instructions via email. Holes didnt line up for doors. D I assembled rearranged pieces several times. No go. Sad it would been a great shoe storage.

Without a doubt, the worst product and ordering experience I have ever had from Wayfair. The initial shipment arrived so badly damaged that every single piece within the box was broken. Attempts to resolve this with Wayfair and get the item replaced required multiple phone calls, hours on hold, and a lot of runaround. It took almost 10 days before I received the replacement item and every time I called I was given a different explanation. When the replacement item finally arrived, and the shipping box was undamaged I had high hopes. Those hopes ended immediately upon opening the package. The pieces within the box themselves were filthy, covered in a layer of dust. In addition they were so lightweight and flimsy that I immediately had concerns about how well they would hold up to the daily use we intended it for. But before we could even get into assembly, we discovered that not only were the assembly instructions missing from the box, but none of the pieces were labeled. Reaching out to Wayfair support got us nowhere. The runaround again and several promises to follow up with emails and email us the assembly instructions and yet we never heard a word from them. After several days, I called again and was assured that I would receive the assembly instructions from Wayfair or from the manufacturer within one to two days. Not surprisingly that never happened. After several days, I received an email from Wayfair customer support telling me that the assembly instructions were not available. Basically telling me I was out of luck and had to figure it out on my own. I searched online to try to find some sort of instructions. Found a few YouTube videos for similar units and was hoping to be able to fill in the gaps. Oddly, assembly instructions miraculously appeared on the item listing in Wayfair several days later, but those instructions were terrible. Almost indecipherable and not much help. Given the fact that none of the pieces were labeled. I spent several hours attempting to put the unit together. It was, as I feared, incredibly flimsy. The back panels broke while sliding them into the grooves and the entire structure was cheap and in substantial. After finally assembling the frame, it became obvious that there was no way to attach the doors. The shelves themselves protruded too far for the doors to attach in the holes and magnets provided. So what I was left with was an incredibly flimsy Balsawood shelving unit with no doors. Absolutely unusable and will now require a trip to the dump to dispose of. I would not recommend this product to anyone and I would hope Wayfair would take some serious steps to improve their customer service.
