They advertise it extends 34 feet when it actually extends 22 feet. I reached out to the manufacturer twice with no response. Thankfully Wayfair has an excellent return policy.

It is great but was not packaged well and was dented and damaged.

Drying rack is excellent quality. I had a 5 line rack from the same company which I loved and had no issues with but I had to leave it behind when I sold my house. It was less expensive than this 4 line rack, but no one else had any in stock, so I had to pay what Wayfair was asking.

I live in a residential area so I needed a very discrete way of handing clothes out to take advantage of the SW sun.
