Durable even in high wind area on our upper deck. Spacious for all our patio cushions. Slight fading on top after 2 years.

We have had this for a couple of years (or 3) and it works great for us. Plenty of room for pillows and chair pads. Keeps everything dry and so far, it has not faded. It is on the north side of the house, with a small overhang, but does get plenty of sunshine.
