The closet system is unstable and flimsy. The assembly instructions are incomplete and lack sufficient detail, making the setup process frustrating. I deeply regret buying this product. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews on the website – the actual experience can be very different. It’s better to chat with customer service first and ask where the product is made. Most of the furniture I’ve bought from Wayfair has been poor quality, and I had to pay high return shipping fees. Definitely not a good online shopping experience

This is a great closet system and easy to assemble.

Finally getting to put things back into our house. The organizers are good looking, pretty easy to assemble and very functional. We are happy with our purchase and glad we gave Wayfair a try.
