This was very difficult to put together. The instructions were not that clear. Lots of parts and it will take a few hours to put together. However, once we figured it all out, it turned out nicely and we like the end product.

I really like the design and it was fairly easy to install. Two of the toggle anchors arrived broken in the parts bag. Several others broken during installation and alternate means were used where there was no stud. Also, a couple of parts missing from the order preventing completion of the installation. Wayfair Customer Service was polite and professional, but I have now been passed off to the manufacturer to try to get the parts. What should have been completed in just a couple of days has now taken over two weeks.

It looks absolutely beautiful!!! Installed it in my daughter’s closet. Just a reminder to ensure the drawers are able to fully open before you install it

Great product! Highly recommended! Directions are so so, use common sense and look at pictures. Installation was pretty simple!!

This is probably fine for what it is. We ordered a 72" configuration and got 96" instead. It wasn't clear at all whether the expectation is to cut the pieces down to fit. I am assuming we were just sent the wrong item because cutting everything down would be asking a bit much. We made it work by reconfiguring the closet entirely. Look-wise, the system seems more suitable for a kid's room than a master.
