The one star is for my experience as a customer, not for the product. I would love to tell you what I think about the product, but that is difficult since I haven't received it yet. The third party Wayfair uses for this product sent the wrong item. When I tried to get help from Wayfair - where I bought it - I was never able to reach a human, and all I got from Wayfair's website was an email address for the third party. I did get a response from them - after emailing twice - taking 48 hours from receipt of the wrong item to reach resolution. It has been more than two weeks since I placed my order. Theoretically a replacement producdt is on its way.

I have already ordered some before and ordered more to make sure I had enough support because I decided to do another bedroom but wanted more shelf units then hanging clothes. Glad I could order more separately.

Meh. Kind of a pain to install but seem to be holding tight, so they're serving their purpose.
