Overall I like the unit and it was what I wanted for my pantry. However, some of the panels were damaged and the drawers did not come with instructions. I did find some online, but you need a template and I had to improvise which was frustrating and time consuming.

Absolutely love this system! We have used the closet ones for our bedrooms and I’m so excited to have this for our pantry now. Love how customizable it is. Great quality for a low price.

When we unboxed the pantry two of the main pieces were cracked. The company shipped replacements that arrived quickly and surprisingly not damaged. One drawer was broken, we screwed it together. The glue supplied was open and dried out. The QR code was missing on how to install the drawers, thankfully it wasn’t that difficult to figure out. The pantry works well for the space I had but overall I think the system is overpriced for the quality and what you get.
