The item is very sturdy and went up pretty fast.

I specifically ordered the 72" system not the longer ones because I didn't want to hacksaw the heavy, thick support rails, but they still sent two four foot rails so I had to go through the hassle of cutting them. In addition, some of the shelfs were beat up on the ends. I also ordered a different 60" system by Dotted Line and it came without a support cleat and missing a shelf pin. Just plain frustrating. Even if it came complete, it's really difficult to install.

Great system. Instructions required a thorough read, but everything was as advertised. We spoke with someone from the company to get tips on installation which was super helpful.
