We have received only one box out of 5 .this is been going on for over a year and we are at the end of our rope. And would like it if you could please make arrangements for a refund. Which we going to have customer support to do that .very disappointing experience. And we are not going to do again.

I was very disappointed that I ordered this first time every ordering from wayfair so not sure what to expect but all that came was the little clamps no wood the description on when reading it does not state that the wood is not included so after talking to 2 agents one stating the wood was on its way then when i got the delivery it was not the wood so I called back and was told that the wood was not included!! the wording on the description 10 ft. W X 14 FT. D Wood Storage Shed KIT ONLY ! So makes me kinda of scared to order anything else from Wayfair
