The fabric is exactly as described. The FED-EX delivery was also prompt. The issue was with the material getting to FED-EX. Nine (9) days elapsed after ordering for the material to be received by FED-EX was too much time. My credit card was immediately charged upon ordering. If the material was not available, my credit card should not have been charged until it became available.
