It came well packaged in foam but when we opened it one of the attachments for mounting it to the wall fell off. My husband improvised by drilling a hole into the metal to use long screws. It is a very heavy metal shelving unit and is good quality other than that misfortune. My husband said it was a bad weld job but I still like it and it will hold toilet paper and supplies which is what we needed for storage. Yes I do recommend this product because it is heavy duty plus the mesh shelves are heavy screen.
