The 2 hooks on top are a little crooked. Not enough to go through the aggravation of returning but just enough to look home made rather than professionally built.

Really elegant and sturdy. We are using this Wood 6’ Ladder to hold towels and guest bathroom robes in our spare bathroom. It does the job excellently and we really like it. It gets 5 stars because no assembly was required and the packaging was expertly done. The quality is good and the design is functional and aesthetically pleasing.
