Overall pleased with the product. Pros: The assembly was easy for one person and the pole threading was much better than I've seen with other shelving units of this type. Individual shelves required little to no leveling. Also, the product was well packed for shipping. Cons: One of the pole top caps was missing and one or two wires were bent on a couple of the shelves (easy to correct the bend by hand).
