overall this is a good cabinet. the plastic pegs provided were short a couple, but i used some 5 mm metal ones that i had. you can't get the top shelf in the bottom or top section using normal technique, which is to tilt the shelf and then lay in down on the pegs. the hinges get in the way, so you have to take the pegs out on one side, get the shelf in and then feel around a bit to find the peg holes to put the pegs back in. i consider this a design issue because in the decades that i have been putting shelves and cabinets together this has never happened before. one of the doors was not constructed properly at the factory and i had to go through a few more steps than i thought was necessary to get the new door. at one point the manufacturer wrote that they needed the part number for the door. i thought this was unnecessary since all four doors are made, normally, exactly the same but with two different numbers, and i specified earlier that the lower right door was made incorrectly, and sent a picture of this. when i got the replacement door, after having to specify the part number, i thought it was funny that the replacement door was labeled with a sticker having a different number than the doors had in the assembly diagram. somebody wasn't paying attention when this was all boxed up for shipment because it is fairly obvious (see the picture) that one door was assembled incorrectly.

This piece was very complicated to put together and looks really cheap and fake. There are gaps between the doors after assembly. Was really hoping this would be an asset to my entryway. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately this is not as it’s pictured. The surface is a smooth laminate. Not the rustic look I was looking for. Also if your storing men shoes sizes above 10 need to go in sideways or doors won’t close

This product is so cheaply made, it's embarrassing. The veneer is... printed? So it just looks so fake. And the "metal" corners are really just thin plywood that's painted. Also mine came damaged. The way it's printed leaves it very vulnerable to scratches. I decided to not hang the doors so it's cheapness was less obvious. That seemed to help. Oh! And the entire thing is packed in styrofoam, so it was a good 30 mins just vacuuming each piece clean before I could even put it together. I usually love the furniture I buy from Wayfair, but this just didn't meet the mark.

Have not yet had a chance to put this together, but I am really looking forward to having a place to store my most used shoes so I will not have to go into the closet so often! I will be sure to update once I have finished remodeling my room and get this put in!
