This shoe rack is excellent! We put it in the garage near the door and it does a great job in containing a lot of shoe pairs. Looks good too.

Exactly what we needed to keep our shoes off the closet floor. This shoe cabinet holds a ton of shoes. It is not ideal for boots if you have a lot! The top will hold around 3-4 pairs of tall boots. Easy to put together. Took me by myself around an hour.

This 10 shelf shoe organizer is a really great piece. It holds quite a bit and it will help with organization of the entire collection in the future. I was a little worried in the beginning of installation about how sturdy it would be, but once all was put together, it turned out really well IMO. There were a couple small scratches at delivery, even though it was packaged really well.

This item was pristinely packaged. All the screws arrived in their own bubble bags. With that being said, I’m a little confused. Some items were scratched. There was a video that she watched to put this thing together and it and the lady made it look so easy. That was not the case. Well, it wasn’t extremely difficult to assemble. It was a huge pain assembling this shoe organizer. Allen wrench and screwdriver, but the angles that you had to put these screws in, made it very difficult to secure the screws. The film that was over the plexiglass is impossible to get out in some spots. And a lot of the pre-drilled screw holes were not lined up correctly. Honestly, I feel like there would be no reason to put the side hinges. I guess you would call them on the door. I wear a size 8 12. And honestly, you wouldn’t be able to get anything much bigger than a size 9 shoe. My husbands size 13 will have to sit sideways thus making it even less of the amount of shoes that this Can hold can hold. I’ve put together a lot of furniture and this one took way longer than it should have. And while it’s sturdy when fully assembled, we shall see how long this piece stays together

Note that the purchase looks nothing like what was ordered… notice a 9 tiered stand. I received a 6 tiered with missing parts. So it is not AT ALL what I paid for - and i paid a good sum for a lesser arrival. This whole experience has been a great disappointment. I was looking after a sick child. Was unable to open the package until 2-3 weeks ago. Package was missing installation material. Called. The female staffer who answered the call was belligerent. Accused me of a number of things including liar and thief - because the call was being placed months after the purchase. Unexplained I was not home and was … gave up because the tone, the words, inability to comprehend that the box had just been opened and items were missing. So… here I am with a purchase I can not set up because of missing items. Can’t return because as I was informed by your staff I am a “thief and a liar” (neither of which I’ve ever been or have been classified as such. I am very disappointed at the lack of listening, I was very clear. Just opened the box. Some pieces missing. Can I get them sent. No and a few other words were my response. So… I purchased an item I paid full price for. Can not use because of missing items. Received belligerence and called a thief! The one thing in this world I am not. I’m sure sending this out will not change what took place with your staffer lady and me - I really wanted to have the unit at the house functionally able to Protect my shoes. I have never been spoken to as I was by your staff nor been accused of being a thief. The stars are for the customer service representative who managed to leave me stunned with her belligerence and lack of attention. I only wanted to have the missing glasswindow thing to have a uniform dust free stand.
