The product comes with an incomplete manual for someone assembling a metal item for the first time; the guide shows a black cabinet, and the steps aren't clearly visible—I had to use a magnifying glass to see better because the instructions weren't clear. Near the end of the assembly, the filing cabinet wouldn't close properly; I thought I had done something wrong, and since disassembling it is difficult, I ended up damaging the side where the lock is located by forcing it, so I didn't take it apart. I really regretted the purchase. I called Wayfair; their customer service wasn't bad, but returning it would have cost over $38—not to mention the hassle of getting it to the drop-off point. They offered me a discount if I kept it and recommended an assembly company they work with, but when the technician arrived, he said he couldn't do it because something didn't line up right. So, it remains in a state where it doesn't close properly; I have to use force to both open and close it. I would love to return it, get a full refund, and have someone from Wayfair come pick it up from my home. I am truly frustrated with this purchase.
