The package arrives well protected, with the parts separated by styrofoam. All the hardware is separated in plastic shrinkwrap. When following the assembly directions pay attention to the finished sides. Make sure of orientation. I mistakenly attached the back piece with the finish on the outside. This part should be placed with the wood finish facing inward to match the cabinets interior. There are three shelves supplied for the interior. I removed one on the bottom to accommodate higher topped shoes. The unit is front heavy and can easily tip forward, especially when the doors are opened. Safety hardware is included to anchor the unit to the wall. I also put some plastic shims under the front legs for better carpet stability. The cabinet is attractive, functional and serves the purpose of handling 9 to 12 pair of mens shoes.

This is a very sturdy shoe storage cabinet. I was surprised when it got delivered how heavy it was, but now after assembling it makes sense. The color is great and the paneling of the front doors is beautiful. The doors don’t align as soon as you screw the hinges in but you can adjust the hinges by screwing it up or down. Great piece and fast delivery.

Great for shoe storage. Note that it is not deep enough for 13 sizes.

Wish I listened to the other reviews. This is extremely wobbly and not sturdy at all. The doors don’t touch in the middle regardless of what you do. Very disappointed. Do not recommend
