Very lightweight, but does exactly what I needed it to do. The fireplace we have is a 1970 monster and was created off-centered. Without a very expensive renovation, I thought I could use the ladder and a Native American Indian clock together to offset this out-of-balance space to the side of the fireplace. I am happy with the look and with the ladder.
