Suits the purpose, and I love the brackets. “Solid wood” seems generous for the shelves themselves, they are extremely lightweight. Very attractive, though, and easy the screw the brackets into (I did drill shallow pilot holes to be safe). Some buyers might not like that the screw heads do not recess and therefore appear a bit untidy when viewed from certain angles, but it’s barely noticeable. Overall, would recommend.

While the shelves looked nice once they were up they were a pain to install. I am certain whoever designed these has never installed a shelf before in their life.
