Awful! Leaked everywhere and minimal steam coming out of the nozzle. Wayfair forces you to interact with the manufacturer despite it not working straight out of the box. Extremely disappointed!

The Garmet Steamer hasn't worked and it doesn't produce steam, and I've watched hundreds of videos and read the manual, but nothing has worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used my new Hamilton Beach steamer for the first time and it worked perfectly. I was able to skip the ironing and steam out a few wrinkles here and there. I like how lightweight the machine is which makes it easy to move around. After about 10 seconds of being turned on, the steam started to come out. Makes for a big time saver not having to wait. One this I don’t like it the water tank doesn’t snap or clip in. I would like to see that in future models since there is a handle on the tank it would make picking the unit up much more ergonomic and user friendly.
