This first built in ironing board that I purchased came broke. I called right away and spoke to a wonderful representative that helped me right away. I sent her a couple pictures of the damaged product and she ordered me a new one immediately. The second one came in less than a week (much faster than the original). It had no flaws or damage. The second ironing board was exactly what I wanted. I am excited to get it installed and ready to use.
