Some of the plastic broke off one of the lids. A bit flimsy.

Arrived damaged. 4 bins are damaged….

My files hang well in these.seem sturdy. One kid did break in corner when shipped, but they took care of it immediately. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Perfect! Just what I needed. Easy for a grab & go!

Good product value. Good customer service. My order shipped missing 4 blue latches out of 12 boxes. I contacted customer service and they asked me if I wanted reimbursement or replacement. I told them to just ship me 4 more latches which they did. The latches arrived promptly and I installed them. No hassle, no problem. I would have given a 5 but I did have to get missing latches.
