This product is orange. The pictures appear to show a light yellow varnish, but the material is definitely orange. Installation has also been a mess. They show the various configurations on the website, but not the measurements for each piece. It is supposed to be "adjustable," but the installer was not prepared to do any cutting. Thus, it can be "configured" but not "adjusted."

The product is just what was described and quality is good. I called customer service before buying because I had a few questions. He was extremely helpful which made me feel more confident about my purchase. However during transit there was some damage obtained. See picture attached. Can you send a replacement piece?

Bought this item twice. First came in perfect shape. Second (this one) came without holes drilled and wood being damaged. Luckily I am a handyman so could drill holes necessary. Had to put damaged wood in back so not majorly visible if clothes hang in front of damaged rails. If this was first order, I would not have reordered another set to complete closet. It would have gone back. But, since I was able to fix things, I kept it. Beware if you are not handy with tools laying around.

My previous system was not solid wood, so a burst pipe ruined it.

This is beautiful, I bought it a year ago and still love it. Although it is too heavy and too high to hang from the wall. So we put a small 4x4 base on the floor and it sitting on that . We stained wood base to match the color . The original one we received was damaged so we rejected and Wayfair sent a new one right out . This does not come as one unit , it comes with 5 separate packages.
