Just finished setting this up and would not buy again. It is definitely not worth the $399 - more like $99. I had issues from the start where the side panel was cracked/scratched upon arrival, even though the box itself was intact/not damaged. Luckily, their customer service is the only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars. They responded quickly and gave me a side panel replacement part asap. Besides that, here are some of the cons: The wood is VERY soft and prone to scratch and dent easily. Ex: If you are swinging the shelf piece around and it accidentally hits your wall slightly, it will dent/leave a scratch. The instructions were all over the place, hard to follow and best on their YouTube The screws were not great and stripped easily The mushroom caps at the end did not serve it's purpose since they just came out of the hole that they were supposed to be in Few of the pros: Their customer service is awesome! They provide markers for the scratches/dents!
